JOB DESCRIPTION

As a coordinator in detailed planning within the new operational area of Joint Personnel and Schedule Supply, GPS, you will hold a crucial role.

You will act as an expert in detailed planning for home care, focusing on the needs of the operation, budget, and work environment.

As a coordinator, you are expected to support the various units of the operation. You will primarily work in the planning system Kompanion as well as other systems such as the operational system Viva, Time Care planning Multi Access MA, and Time Care Pool, along with other support systems. You will collaborate closely with both the responsible unit manager for home care and the coordinator for schedule planning. Examples of other tasks included in the role are, among other things, dialogue with users regarding their home care services, executing orders from case managers, managing the reporting of home care hours, and participating in workplace meetings with staff. If necessary, you may need to work on other tasks within the operational area.

You will work in a team with other coordinators in detailed planning and schedule planning in your own clusters, where collaboration is crucial for both quality and efficiency. The role includes working strategically and development-oriented, as the operation strives for uniform working methods.

Weekend work is included in the position.

Your close collaboration with managers and employees is central to ensuring that detailed planning meets the demands of the operation. Therefore, it is important to have a natural ability to communicate and inform about detailed planning clearly and pedagogically. To succeed in the role, engagement in the profession is required, and proactive planning is essential. Having the right person with the right competence in place at the right time is crucial for the operation to function. It is important to nurture collaboration with our operations. You perform your work with a professional demeanor and a high level of service in all situations, where a solution-focused approach is fundamental. Overall, you are a good ambassador and help create pride for Motala municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A complete upper secondary education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience in detailed planning or other experience in complex logistical planning, preferably from a larger organization.
• Good digital competence.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Post-secondary education in, for example, staffing planning, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Experience of working in operations with round-the-clock operations.
• Experience working in detailed planning systems.
• B driver's license.
